Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Clinical Director who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our behavioral health team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of evidence-based behavioral therapy that promotes meaningful progress and enhances patient outcomes. You will serve as a clinical expert, guiding staff, managing patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Duties Lead and supervise a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality behavioral interventions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to develop tailored treatment plans. Oversee data collection processes to monitor progress and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes. Ensure all medical documentation, records, and reports adhere to HIPAA regulations and are accurately maintained in compliance with legal standards. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment strategies. Stay current with advancements in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education practices, and behavioral health protocols to continually improve service quality. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required, with active certification maintained throughout employment. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data-driven intervention strategies. Prior experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures within a clinical or educational setting. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care. Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, healthcare providers, educators, and community partners.
