Clinical Director for Community Services- Bootheel Region, MO

Morning Star Behavioral Associates is currently recruiting for an Clinical Director for Community-Based Services. Preference is for this individual to be residing in one of the communities in the Bootheel of Missouri, but we will consider remote work with quarterly travel for highly qualified individuals. Morning Star was born out of the belief that conventional treatment methods weren't doing enough to help individuals with developmental disabilities. Our confidence in our own ability to do more drives our belief that we can help create an environment where clients will not only thrive, but progress towards their own independence. We strive to do things that have never been done before, and reach people who have never had the opportunity for behavioral services. We strongly believe that with advances in technology, geography should never be the reason someone doesn't receive services....so we created our Hybrid clinic model. We deploy RBTs to underserved, rural communities with BCBA supervision via telehealth. Services are offered where they are needed - schools, home, and the community.

Expectations of role:

Serves as director of our hybrid program in Southeast Missouri to ensure compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Provide mentorship for BCBAs and RBTs. Conduct quality assurance checks on supervision, treatment plans, and treatment implementation. Facilitae client on-boarding by conducting intake meetings, conducting initial assessments, and providing service rexomendations. Requires travel to provide support and oversight to RBTs and clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners (e.g., service coordinators, principals, teachers, etc.) Exceptionally qualified candidates will possess their Board Certified Behavior Analyst designation from BACB, licensure (or license eligible) in Missouri, along with 3 or more years clinical experience. 1+ years in of management experience is also desired.
