Job Description
In this role, you'll provide day-to-day oversight and operational leadership of the Sleep Medicine practice, the home sleep testing facility and the DME, working closely with the Operations team. You'll directly supervise both technical and administrative staff, using input from the Medical Director, and Administrative Director to guide workflows, evaluate performance, and implement processes that drive quality and efficiency. Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing day-to-day management, developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications, and making purchasing decisions. Clinical Manager will report to COO. At least 3 years of experience as a Manager is required. Bachelor's or more advanced degree is also a requirement for this position, preferably in the health care field. Qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, while a master's degree is preferred 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) BCLS certificate from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Strong background in sleep laboratory operations, including compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g., AASM, Joint Commission) Expertise in polysomnographic testing, scoring, and sleep study interpretation. Proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and inventory control to ensure financial efficiency. Experience implementing and improving workflows, protocols, and operational procedures in a clinical setting. Strong data analysis skills to track and report performance metrics. Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate technical and administrative staff. Experience in staffing, recruitment, and HR processes, including scheduling and performance management. Clinical Manager sought for Durable Medical Equipment company specializing in the treatment of sleep disorders (CPAP, BiPAP and related supplies).
