Job Description

Job Overview YBR Associates is seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinical Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day office operations, support staff accountability, maintain workflow efficiency, and assist in ensuring high-quality client care. This role combines administrative leadership with limited direct clinical services. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage people, solve problems proactively, maintain professionalism, and help create a positive, organized work environment while also seeing clients on a limited basis. Responsibilities
  • Office & Staff Oversight
  • Monitor daily office operations and workflow
  • Ensure staff are completing assigned responsibilities accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with maintaining compliance, organization, and professionalism within the office
  • Help oversee scheduling, attendance, and staff communication
  • Identify workflow problems and assist in implementing solutions
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Assist leadership in maintaining productivity and accountability
  • Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient therapy services on a limited basis
  • Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff regarding client care needs
  • Administrative Support
  • Help ensure evaluations, reports, billing tasks, and client communications are completed appropriately
  • Assist with maintaining office systems and organization
  • Support leadership with operational tasks and staff coordination Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred LPC, LSW, or license eligibility preferred Experience in behavioral health, mental health, autism services, or clinical settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable managing staff dynamics and maintaining professionalism Preferred Skills Experience in outpatient mental health or psychological evaluation settings Knowledge of insurance, documentation, and clinical workflows Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to maintain structure and accountability in a growing practice Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time options available Combination of administrative and clinical responsibilities Flexible scheduling may be available
Compensation Base Salary:
$45,000
  • 70,000 annually depending on experience, leadership background, and licensure status
Additional Compensation:
50% payout on personally seen insurance clients Opportunities for performance-based increases and expanded leadership responsibilities Example Structure Employee receives guaranteed base salary for overseeing office operations and staff management Any therapy/evaluation clients personally seen by the employee are paid out separately at a 50% insurance collection split Hybrid role allows for both administrative stability and additional income potential through clinical work
