Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home Health experience required. OASIS assessment experience required. Reliable vehicle required for patient visits. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. HCHB documentation experience preferred. Experience supervising physical therapy assistants preferred.
