Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support a community hospital with over 200 beds in the Alexandria, LA area. This contract role is set to begin as soon as possible and will last approximately 13 weeks. The position offers a dynamic schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with rotating shift times that may include early mornings, daytime, or evening hours, plus every other weekend coverage. Key responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nursing staff, and managing pharmacokinetic evaluations. Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems will support successful daily operations in this highly organized healthcare environment.

Schedule Details:

Four 10-hour shifts per week Rotating schedule options: 6AM-4:30PM, 7AM-5:30PM, or 12:30PM-11PM Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:
