Position Summary The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides comprehensive medication therapy management, verifies provider orders, ensures accurate dispensing, and serves as a drug information resource for patients and staff. The pharmacist works closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes and uphold patient safety standards. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited College of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist & Controlled Substance licensure - State of Michigan Pharm
