Clinical Program Supervisor - REACH Team Lead (Piedmont/Danville/Southside Area)

The Clinical Program Supervisor - REACH Team Lead works with REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of a REACH community based team. Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served. •$5000 Sign on Bonus•

Experience Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field, current enrollment in a clinical licensure track master's program, and at least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred. Ability to register as License eligible is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
