Job Description

The Phlebotomist position works across multiple crisis programs and is responsible for performing blood collection procedures, preparing laboratory specimens, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting high‑quality patient care. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Works as part of the team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community.
Starting Hourly Rate:
$20.72-Depending on
Education and Experience Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in human services field preferred Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy program. Certification in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology preferred. Certified Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
