• regulatory compliance What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Supporting protocol implementation and maintaining compliance with

ICH-GCP, FDA

regulations and institutional guidelines Coordinating patient recruitment, screening and enrollment activities, including informed consent procedures Managing study documentation, case report forms (CRFs) and regulatory files to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitoring adverse events and serious adverse events (SAEs), reporting to sponsors and IRBs within regulatory timelines Conducting site initiation meetings, staff training and ongoing communication with study sponsors Maintaining subject safety logs, pharmacy records and source document verification Preparing for regulatory inspections and managing audit responses Supporting data integrity through quality checks and issue resolution What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 2-5 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator or equivalent trial support role Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or a related field Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11) and clinical trial protocols Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and case report form (CRF) management Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously Ability to communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, patients and regulatory bodies Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have ACRP (Association of Clinical Research Professionals) or SOCRA certification Experience with Phase III or Phase IV trials Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas (oncology, cardiovascular, respiratory, etc.) Bilingual capability in clinical or healthcare settings What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Direct involvement in advancing therapeutics that improve patient health and outcomes Exposure to regulated clinical trial environments and real-world healthcare systems Potential to develop specialized expertise in specific therapeutic areas or trial phases Professional development through ongoing training in GCP, protocol management and regulatory affairs Flexible work arrangements where supported by the role and sponsor requirements Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams spanning research, quality assurance and regulatory compliance About Specialist Staffing Group We are a leading recruitment partner specializing in clinical, life sciences and healthcare talent.
