We are building a high-energy scratch kitchen focused on precision, premium ingredients, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working Line Cook eager to master their craft and grow alongside a rising hospitality brand.
What You'll Do Execute Elevated Cuisine:
Prepare menu items to exact culinary standards, focusing on fine-dining presentation, exact cook temps, and consistent seasoning.Drive Service Pacing:
Manage high-volume rush periods efficiently while maintaining swift ticket times and strict quality control.Maintain Prep & Station Setup:
Build and organize a flawless mise en place to ensure seamless execution throughout evening services.Uphold Kitchen Standards:
Practice continuous clean-as-you-go protocols, food safety guidelines, and proper inventory rotation (FIFO).What We're Looking For Work Ethic & Growth Mindset:
Unmatched work ethic, accountability, and a true drive to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.Experience:
Prior experience on the line in an upscale, scratch, or high-volume environment preferred.Culinary Skills:
Solid knife skills, fundamental cooking techniques, and strong attention to detail.Composure:
