This role is ideal for a residency-trained pharmacist licensed in Texas, ready to contribute their expertise in a dynamic, 400-bed teaching hospital environment.
Location:
Iowa Park, TX Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services, ensuring optimal medication therapy management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care plans. Participate in medication reviews, monitoring, and documentation. Assist with clinical interventions and pharmacy-related education within the hospital.
Qualifications:
Current pharmacist license in Texas. Completed residency training highly preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and sharp decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to variable work schedules and collaborate effectively.
Schedule:
Variable days and afternoon shifts. Potential for a 7-on/7-off schedule, offering flexibility. This position is a 13-week contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
