Clinical Supervisor Your Job As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of clinicians while ensuring high-quality, effective services are delivered to children and families. You will guide clinical decision-making, provide supervision, and help shape services that promote safety, healing, and long-term success. Salary- $65,000-$75,000

Job Qualifications:

What You Bring

• Masters degree in Social Work or related human services field
• Active LSW, LCSW, LPC, BSL, or other clinical license.
• Experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage documentation, compliance, and clinical standards
• Valid drivers license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation What Puts You Ahead
• Previous experience supervising clinical staff
• Strong knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, or family-based services
• Experience with treatment planning, utilization review, and medical necessity
• Ability to balance leadership, compliance, and compassionate care
• Confidence in crisis response and high-risk situations
