Clinical Supervisor Your Job As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of clinicians while ensuring high-quality, effective services are delivered to children and families. You will guide clinical decision-making, provide supervision, and help shape services that promote safety, healing, and long-term success. Salary- $65,000-$75,000Location:

Job Qualifications:
What You Bring- Masters degree in Social Work or related human services field
- Active LSW, LCSW, LPC, BSL, or other clinical license.
- Experience providing clinical services to children and families
- Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage documentation, compliance, and clinical standards
- Valid drivers license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation What Puts You Ahead
- Previous experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, or family-based services
- Experience with treatment planning, utilization review, and medical necessity
- Ability to balance leadership, compliance, and compassionate care
- Confidence in crisis response and high-risk situations
