        GENERAL DESCRIPTION
        The Just Care for Families program in Douglas County is seeking someone to lead a team of Family coaches who are motivated to work with parents experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges in their homes and communities . The program uses evidence-based strategies and follows a research-backed model. The majority of services are delivered out of the office and involve collaboration with other community partners. The Supervisor provides weekly individual and group supervision to a team of 3-6 Family Coaches, manages incoming referrals, conducts intake assessments, oversees Family Coach productivity and documentation, and represents the program in the community by participating in community meetings and engaging with partners in case collaboration. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the program in run to fidelity of the Just Care for Families protocol. The Supervisor receives weekly direction from the clinic director, licensed supervisor, and program fidelity expert. Supervision toward licensure hours is possible.         QUALIFICATIONS
        The ideal candidate will have in good standing with the State of Oregon a minimum : Master's degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, MFT, counseling, MSW) with experience with diagnosis and credentialed with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and have experience working with individuals with substance use disorders (CADC). Strong preference for individuals with CADC II or higher and QMHP. Though licensure is not required, licensed candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
        • Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
        • Experience conducting mental health and substance use assessments.
        Valid driver's license, insurance, and working vehicle. Must be willing to provide services in most family homes and drive to remote areas. Mileage is reimbursed. Good judgment regarding completing tasks while maintaining personal safety. Preferred experience providing oversight to others including providing feedback, managing team dynamics, monitoring performance and compliance, while also maintaining a supportive and strengths-based culture and environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must have computer skills and experience including some or all of: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker Pro and an electronic health record (EHR). Must have strong email, phone, and virtual communication skills. Preferred experience implementing any of the following: experience working with unhoused or unstably housed individuals, behavioral approach to treatment/treating families, clinical protocols, community outreach services, home visiting models of care. Strong preference for experience with evidence-based protocols. Willing to receive supervision from others in delivery of Just Care for Families.

        I, II, III, IV DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
        PLEASE
        REVIEW PRIOR TO APPLYING 1.
        Provide clinical supervision to a team of 3-6 Just Care for Families Family Coaches. Coaches are a combination of CADC and QMHA level clinicians.
        Supervision includes:
        • Weekly 1-1 supervision
        • Weekly group supervision
        • on-call availability to Coaches 2.
        Ensure team completion of timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and monthly treatment updates to child welfare with awareness that clinical records are frequently subpoenaed; professional and timely documentation is essential. 3. Receive referrals, manage waitlist, and assign cases to Family Coaches. 4. Coordinate with community partners including child welfare, court, and other service providers on mutual cases. 5. Provide administrative oversight to team members' documentation, productivity, and compliance with professional ethical standards; including corrective feedback, training or other actions as needed. 6. Lead ongoing training, shadowing, and professional development opportunities for new staff and with other team members 7. Follow standardized protocol for conducting assessments and treatment with parents and families. 8. Supervise coaches in their use of individual, family, and couples interventions with parents using behavioral interventions including frequent monitored urinalysis and contingency management, mental health treatment using cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches and collaboration with medication providers. 9. Conduct treatment in the home and community settings (Some clients are un-housed, and their housing environment is variable), which involves travel within the assigned county. 10. Provides client transportation for case management appointments and other treatment needs. 11. Provide case management including participating in child welfare meetings, court appearances, medical/mental health appointments, connecting clients with resources as needed, and supervising parent-child visits. 12. Participate in 24 hour on-call availability for clients (occurs approximately 4-6 times a year outside normal work hours). 13. Participate in maintaining fidelity standards of the Just Care for Families program including:
        • Participation in weekly clinic operations meeting
        • Meet weekly with clinic director and with Just Care fidelity expert 14.
        Maintain and protect confidentiality of all organizational information gained while performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information. 15. Maintain CADC and QMHP credentials by completing annual CEUs and trainings required by Oregon Health Authority or by the Oregon Outreach Clinic. 16. Provide occasional back-up coverage to fellow supervisors. 17. Other duties consistent with qualifications and training.
