Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical UAT Lead to drive user acceptance testing and business validation for enterprise clinical data and analytics platforms. This role is critical in ensuring that clinical systems, dashboards, and reports deliver accurate, reliable, and high-quality insights to clinicians, regulators and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clinical users and technology teams, ensuring that solutions align with real-world clinical workflows and meet the standards of data quality and data integrity expectations. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Define and establish UAT strategy, frameworks, and best practices for clinical data platforms. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems, reports, and dashboards. Provide guidance on test design, data validation approaches, and defect management. Review and validate complex test scenarios and outputs, ensuring clinical relevance. Drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and documentation practices. Mentor and guide junior analysts, building sustainable UAT capability. Program Delivery & Ownership Lead end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and closure across releases and enhancements. Define test scope, timelines, and resource planning aligned with program objectives. Oversee execution of business-critical test scenarios covering key clinical workflows. Ensure defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking are effectively managed. Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status reporting. Drive quality gates and readiness assessments, including UAT sign-off. Stakeholder Engagement (Critical Success Factor) Act as the primary interface between clinical stakeholders and technology teams. Collaborate with Clinical Programmers, Data Managers, Medical Reviewers, and product teams. Facilitate UAT workshops, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions. Clearly articulate clinical impact of defects and data issues to technical teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and confidence in system outputs. Support business teams in understanding system capabilities and validation outcomes . Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in clinical trials, clinical data review, or clinical analytics. Proven experience leading UAT or validation activities for clinical systems or data platforms. Strong understanding of clinical trial data workflows and processes. Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire or similar) and data platforms (e.g., Databricks) Demonstrated ability to translate technical output into clinical insights and business impact. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. Nice to Have Exposure to clinical data standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM) Familiarity with SAS-based data environments Knowledge of GxP, validation practices, and regulatory expectations Experience working with large-scale clinical data platforms Why Join Us Lead validation efforts for enterprise-scale clinical data and analytics platforms.
