Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Somerset County Make a difference every day! We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.

Current Open Shift :

Part Time - Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You'll Do:

Assist with daily living skills and personal care Administer medications and document services Support medical appointments and community activities Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment Communicate changes and complete required documentationAct as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards High School Diploma or GED 2 years related work or life experience Valid NJ Driver's License with good driving record (3 years' history) Must be 21+ years old Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check f you are caring, dependable, and ready to positively impact lives — apply today !
