Job Description

We are a leading medical cannabis facility in Oklahoma, and we are seeking a Grow/Clone Assistant to join our team. As a Grow/Clone Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the cultivation and propagation of high-quality cannabis plants. You will work alongside experienced growers and cultivators, learning from them and developing your skills in this exciting field.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the cultivation of cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting.
  • Assist in the propagation of cannabis plants through cloning, using the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the growing areas, maintaining a sterile environment that promotes healthy plant growth.
  • Monitor plant health and identify and address any issues that arise, using your knowledge of plant biology and horticulture to optimize plant growth and yield.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant growth and development, using state-of-the-art technology and software.
  • Assist with the harvesting and processing of cannabis products, working with our team to produce high-quality products that meet our exacting standards.
REQUIREMENTS OMMA
Employee Credential - Cannabis employment card
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation facility preferred
  • Knowledge of plant biology and horticulture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
