- Benefits and eligibility may vary by role, location, and employment status. Position Summary Deliver warm, professional service to residents and guests at the clubhouse. Handle check-ins, reservations, amenity readiness, and light cleaning while supporting events and daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents/guests, verify access, answer questions, and support a positive experience.
- Monitor amenity areas; restock supplies; keep spaces clean, safe, and presentable.
- Assist with room setups, equipment checkouts, and event support as directed. Issue access cards.
- Follow opening/closing procedures, incident reporting, and lost-and-found protocols.
- Support enforcement of amenity rules and escalate issues to the lead/manager as needed. Required Qualifications
- Customer service mindset; friendly and professional communication.
- Reliability and punctuality for assigned shifts; ability to work weekends/holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs with reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality/recreation/customer service.
- CPR/AED certification; bilingual skills. Schedule & Work Environment
- May require evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event coverage based on community needs.
- Role involves standing/walking and occasional lifting; reasonable accommodations available.
- Some roles work indoors/outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
