  • Benefits and eligibility may vary by role, location, and employment status. Position Summary Deliver warm, professional service to residents and guests at the clubhouse. Handle check-ins, reservations, amenity readiness, and light cleaning while supporting events and daily operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents/guests, verify access, answer questions, and support a positive experience.
  • Monitor amenity areas; restock supplies; keep spaces clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Assist with room setups, equipment checkouts, and event support as directed. Issue access cards.
  • Follow opening/closing procedures, incident reporting, and lost-and-found protocols.
  • Support enforcement of amenity rules and escalate issues to the lead/manager as needed. Required Qualifications
  • Customer service mindset; friendly and professional communication.
  • Reliability and punctuality for assigned shifts; ability to work weekends/holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs with reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in hospitality/recreation/customer service.
  • CPR/AED certification; bilingual skills. Schedule & Work Environment
  • May require evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event coverage based on community needs.
  • Role involves standing/walking and occasional lifting; reasonable accommodations available.
  • Some roles work indoors/outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
