Position Summary:

The Appointment Escort provides personalized support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments and outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival Support appointment check-in and navigation within medical offices Provide friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship Assist residents in preparing questions and taking notes during appointments (if requested) Communicate important updates or concerns to appropriate staff or family (as directed) Ensure residents return home safely and comfortably

Qualifications:
