Ability to lift, support, and help others safely (we'll train you, don't worry). A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and maybe a few dance moves (optional, but encouraged).

Bonus Points For:

CPR Certification (if you have it, great! If not, we'll help you get there.) Experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting. Knowing all the words to "Sweet Caroline"—not required, but it might win you some serious brownie points.
