About the Role As a CNA, you play a vital hands‑on role in supporting residents' daily needs, comfort, and well‑being. You'll work closely with nursing staff to ensure every resident receives safe, respectful, and dignified care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with

ADLs:

bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding Take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Observe and report changes in condition or behavior Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies Participate in shift reports, training, and team meetings Qualifications Active Connecticut CNA certification 1 year of LTC/SNF/hospital experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient‑centered approach Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care Make a Difference Every Day Join a team where your work truly matters.
