Full Time & Part Time Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)? Look no further! We are currently hiring CNAs for all three shifts at our renowned 5-star facility specializing in neuro rehabilitation for TBI patients.

Position:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents with Traumatic Brain Injury, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents\' physical or mental health to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Support residents in participating in therapeutic activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care is a plus, but not required. We provide specialized training.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
