Role:

Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA) play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support within healthcare settings across the United States. This position focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting delivering high-quality care. Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid CNA certification recognized in the state of employment. Completion of an accredited CNA training program. Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures. Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital, nursing home, in home care, or long-term care facility. CPR and First Aid certification. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, addressing their needs and concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals regarding patient status and care plans. Assist with patient transfers and positioning to prevent bedsores and promote comfort. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with company policies.

Attention to detail is critical when monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information accurately to support clinical decision-making.
