$16.50 - $18.00 per hour DOE About The Role Aspen Alcove at Clinton is hiring a compassionate and motivated CNA/Caregiver to join our growing team. What You'll Do Provide hands-on care to residents, making sure they're comfortable and safe during treatments Perform routine check-ins and document updates accurately in patient records Work closely with the care team to support and carry out care plans Follow HIPAA guidelines to keep resident information private and secure Keep an eye on residents' health, noticing and reporting any changes right away Communicate clearly with residents and their families, helping them understand care and health needs Take part in monthly trainings to stay up to date and continue growing your skills About You CNA Certification preferred, but not required Current Food Handler's Permit Current CPR/BLS Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices Experience in patient service, with a focus on delivering compassionate care. Ability to lift patients or equipment as necessary while ensuring safety standards are met.
