Certified Nurse Aide Needed for Home Care in Cleveland, TX and surrounding areas Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts available, ranging from 4 hours up to 12 hours in length Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility; Monitor and report changes in client condition; Take and record vital signs when required; Assist with meal preparation and feeding; Perform light housekeeping and laundry; Provide companionship and emotional support; Assist with medication reminders; Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed; Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
