Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility; Monitor and report changes in client condition; Take and record vital signs when required; Assist with meal preparation and feeding; Perform light housekeeping and laundry; Provide companionship and emotional support; Assist with medication reminders; Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed; Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
