CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS . is looking to hire a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a 12-hour day or night shift (6:00 - 6:00 ) in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.80 per hour (based on experience), along with a $2,500 sign-on bonus , shift differentials, and a full benefits package for eligible employees. Additional incentives include a weekend shift differential of $3.00 per hour and CARES differential of $2.00 per hour for full-time employees. This position follows a consistent rotating schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday You will enjoy every other weekend as a 3-day weekend, never work more than 3 consecutive days, and have 7 days off every 14-day cycle. Required Experience & Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing Current CPR certification Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members through compassionate care and communication Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance Assist with restorative care and encourage resident independence whenever possible Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times www.wilsoncareandrehab.com
