You will:

Provide Personal Care:

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding with dignity. Be a

Communicator:

Track vital signs and weights, and document care daily using our Electronic Charting System .

Ensure Safety:

Follow infection control protocols to keep our community healthy.

Brighten Days:

Promote and participate in daily activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Collaborate:

Work closely with Unit Managers and Team Leaders to report health changes.

Qualifications Certification:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the Massachusetts registry.

Education:

Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant program.

Language:

Must be able to understand, speak, and communicate effectively in English.
