CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Prairie Crossing Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a caring and compassionate CNA to join our team. We are a 92-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Shabbona, IL•only 16 miles SW of DeKalb, and 20 miles SE of Rochelle. Our mission is to be the Preferred Senior Living Provider offering value, choice and independence while promoting health and social interactions, to exceed our residents' and guests expectations while enriching the lives of those we serve and employ. As a CNA you will work under the direction of a licensed personnel to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with applicable regulations as well as the resident's care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and other individual needs and understand and practice all aspects of residents' rights including the maintenance of comfort, privacy, communication, and dignity in the delivery of services to them.
