We are a 91 bed facility, located in Shabbona, IL - only 16 miles SW of Dekalb, and 20 miles SE of Rochelle. Our Nurses play a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing care to all residents and guests. Nurses provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all residents and guests under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
