Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse or care coordinator Assist with light housekeeping , laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless authorized) Provide companionship and emotional support Record care provided and maintain accurate documentation Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Active CNA license or HHA certification (Florida) Current

CPR / BLS
