7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Weekend availability required as needed Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality resident care within a Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing environment. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident and patient care assistance Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Take and record vital signs Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and hygiene care Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety Support nursing staff with routine patient care activities Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols Utilize electronic charting systems, including PCC documentation Requirements Active CNA certification required Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Ability to work five 8-hour shifts per week Weekend flexibility required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and dependable work ethic Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred PCC charting experience preferred BLS certification preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
