Must have 1 full year of CNA experience Experience in Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Current Iowa CNA license Current AHA BLS Certification required Clear Background Check Physical exam

Registry Tb Testing

• required 2 step skin test or blood test completed within a year of start.
