Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Monitor and record vital signs accurately using

PCC, EMR

(Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or memory impairments, including Alzheimer's and dementia care techniques Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and perform catheter care with aseptic technique to ensure safety and hygiene Collaborate with nursing staff to identify patient needs related to geriatrics, behavioral health, or post-acute care Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols and practicing universal precautions in all patient interactions Requirements Valid CNA certification in good standing with the state licensing board Prior experience working in long-term care, assisted living, hospital settings, or home care environments preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs measurement, and basic anatomy and physiology Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice or palliative care Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate attitude toward patient service and caregiving responsibilities Demonstrated ability to follow infection control procedures and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards This role is perfect for motivated CNAs eager to expand their expertise across multiple healthcare settings while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
