CNA-Phlebotomists

We are looking for a CNA-Phlebotomist for our Pre-Op and Recovery department. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Department Director, you will play a vital role in the care of patients by performing perioperative preparation, including obtaining vital signs and performing lab draws of newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Assist in the transportation of patients to and from the department. Demonstrate effective communication skills to accurately convey patient information to, Director, RN or LPN and other members of the team in a timely manner. Demonstrate basic computer skills to accurately record vital patient information.

Experience:

Hospital experience-

Preferred Special Skills:

Phlebotomy License/Certification/Education:

BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association

• Required CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant
• OR PCT Training Program
• Required High School or Equivalent-Preferred
