QMAP CNA

for an exciting Travel or Local job in Steamboat Springs, CO. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living Administer medications in accordance with QMAP certification guidelines Support residents with transportation to appointments and community activities using a company vehicle Assist residents with daily routines, meal preparation, and social activities Maintain accurate documentation and medication records Ensure resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being in a home-like setting Provide exceptional customer service and individualized resident support Required Qualifications Active CNA certification required QMAP certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV background check required Ability to work overnight rotations and remain on-site during scheduled shifts Previous experience in group homes, LTC, or caregiving environments preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
