CNA VAN DRIVER/ MUST HAVE A CURRENT CNA LICENSE

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT CNA LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION

Duties Safely operate vans for transporting clients, including seniors, children, or individuals with special needs, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, providing respectful support and behavior management when needed Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of vehicles through regular inspections and basic troubleshooting knowledge Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any special needs or concerns Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while managing route schedules efficiently Provide compassionate care by engaging with clients during transit, demonstrating patience and understanding Document transportation activities accurately, including mileage logs, incident reports, and client interactions Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in bus driving or commercial driving preferred Knowledge of paratransit services, school bus driving, or senior care is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues Experience working with children or providing childcare is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle behavior management effectively Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with a diverse client base Join us as a <
