Role:

CNA As a CNA , you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Hearthstone in Pella. As a CNA , you will: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Open Shifts Available:

1st Shift (6:00am-6:30pm) Full-Time 1st Shift (6:15am-2:45pm) Part-Time 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) Full-Time 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7:15am)

• 1/hr We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full-Time and $1,500 for Part-Time.
