CNA/HHA - Hospice House Aide

We are seeking a dedicated Aide to join our compassionate team in our Hospice House at Hospice of Humboldt in Eureka. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to our patients and their families, ensuring comfort and dignity during their journey. •Applicants must have a current CNA/HHA certificate to apply •The Hospice House Aide provides personal care for patients residing in the Idea Emmerson Hospice House (IEHH). The Hospice House Aide also prepares food for patients and maintains the cleanliness of the facility.

Required Education/Credentials:

Current California Department of Public Health Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
