Our nurses and management team all "work the floor" as well to ensure our staffing is appropriate for our current resident needs! Currently seeking CNA/HHA/DSP/Caregiver at our Zimmerman location

• Willow House.

Willow House is a licensed Assisted Living, providing cares in a residential home setting rather than a "facility". Home is located in beautiful country setting on 2+ acres. This home currently has 3 residents (can have 5) and 1 staff on duty for all shifts. Residents mix of male/female, ages 18+ and most are higher functioning. LPN on site during the week and nurse available on call 24/7.

Currently looking for the following:

• FULL Time Awake Overnight shift 10PM
• 6AM.
• 72 hours biweekly. This includes every other weekend and holiday. Block schedules. This is a bi weekly block schedule: Week 1
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Also looking for the following
• 1•PART time evening shift 2PM•10PM.

• 40 hours biweekly. This includes every other weekend and holiday. Block schedules. This is a bi weekly block schedule: Week 1
• Monday and Friday Week 2
• Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Job duties include: Medication administration, taking vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, assistance with ADL's, laundry, meal prep, cleaning, socializing with residents, ensuring client safety, following policy/procedures and reporting to housing manager and/or RN/LPN Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 to apply and be able to pass a background check through DHS Proficiency in medication administration and recording vital signs preferred, but not required as we will train you! Experience in patient care preferred Familiarity with EMR, documentation and charting (we use Rtasks)

Pay:

$19.00
