Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver direct patient care across various healthcare settings, supporting individuals' health and comfort with enthusiasm and professionalism. Job Duties:

Assisting with transfers, mobility, and positioning Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping related to client care Monitoring client condition and reporting concerns Providing compassionate companionship and support

Requirements:

Active Arkansas CNA License or 40 hour PCA certification Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Valid Driver's License Current Automobile Insurance Ability to pass Criminal Background Check Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
