$25-30/hr About the Role Fluid Conditioning Products is seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Lathe Operator with experience runningHAAS CNC
machines . This role is responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce precision-machined metal components while maintaining strict adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, performing measurements using precision inspection tools, and maintaining tight tolerances throughout production runs. This position is well suited for a hands-on machinist who takes pride in precision work and maintaining efficient machine operation in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities OperateHAAS CNC
lathes to produce precision-machined components Load raw materials and parts into machines and initiate machining cycles Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify machining requirements Monitor machining operations and make offset adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances Maintain tolerances typically within ±.001-.005 depending on part specifications Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Change tools and inserts as needed during production runs Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Maintain accurate production records and documentation Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Understanding of machining tolerances and quality inspection practices Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; machining or technical training is a plus Preferred Experience Experience operatingHAAS CNC
