Tow Truck Operator

Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles safely. Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring proper securing techniques to prevent damage during transit. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally. Manage conflict situations effectively, maintaining a calm demeanor while resolving disputes or difficult interactions. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to traffic laws during operations. Experience Proven experience operating tow trucks, particularly flatbed models Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license appropriate for operating heavy-duty vehicles such as tow trucks. Strong customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
