  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will ensure efficient machining processes, optimal tooling use, and adherence to detailed blueprints and schematics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment where innovation and precision are valued. Responsibilities Set up CNC lathe machines, including installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine machining requirements. Perform precise measurements using tools such as bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify part dimensions. Skills Haas controller experience preferred. Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code; experience with Fanuc controls is highly desirable.. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings accurately. Understanding of geometry principles necessary for precise machining operations. Strong math skills for calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings.
