Trainees. No prior machining experience is required — we provide hands- on training for individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in manufacturing. This client designs and manufactures tooling and fixturing systems for major automotive manufacturers' robotic welding lines. Our team machines, fabricates, and integrates precision equipment used by some of the world's best-known automotive brands. What You'll Learn As a Machinist Trainee, you will receive training in: ? Operating CNC and manual mills and lathes ? Reading blueprints and technical drawings ? Understanding and applying G-Code programming concepts ? Using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges ? Maintaining safe and efficient machine operation ? Basic welding and assembly processes ? Working with automated and robotic manufacturing systems Trainees will begin by learning manual machining fundamentals before progressing into CNC setup and operation. What We're Looking For ? Dependable attendance and reliable transportation ? Comfortable using computers and learning technical systems ? Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-50 lbs. ? Must be at least 18 years old ? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment ? Full-time, first shift position ? Standard schedule is 40 hours per week, weekdays ? Overtime and occasional weekend work are required during high production periods ?
