Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of CNC machine tools. Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing needs and develop customized solutions that align with their production goals. Manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales consultations through to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Assist in developing project proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation to support sales efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Support product demos at trade shows and open houses, demonstrating the capabilities of our CNC Machine Tool solutions. Engage in pre-sales activities including technical consultations, needs analysis, and solution design to secure new business opportunities. Skills Strong understanding of CNC machine tools, manufacturing processes, and industrial automation systems. Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, and pre-sales consulting within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
