Full Job Description Schedule:

1st and 2nd shift hours Pay range: $28-$40/hr

Fridley, MN Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in Swiss CNC machines, CNC lathes, and CNC mills , including full machine setup . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines, CNC lathes, and CNC mills Perform first-article inspections and make necessary offsets Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Change tooling, fixtures, and perform basic machine troubleshooting Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools Maintain quality standards and production efficiency Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with engineering and quality teams as needed Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Strong experience with Swiss-type CNC machines Proven lathe and mill setup experience (not operator-only) Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience working with tight tolerances Familiarity with common materials (stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with multi-axis CNC machines Basic CNC programming or program edits at the machine Experience in medical, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environments #nowhiring
