Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be instrumental in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. You will leverage your technical expertise in programming and machine operation to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing manufacturing workflows. Responsibilities Execute complex machining tasks by setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills to achieve precise tolerances. Translate technical blueprints and engineering drawings into finished products by utilizing advanced G-code and M-code programming. Drive production efficiency by proactively monitoring machine performance and performing necessary tooling adjustments. Maintain equipment reliability through routine maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical or software issues. Uphold a culture of safety and excellence by strictly adhering to quality control protocols and documenting production metrics. Partner with the engineering and production teams to refine machining processes and improve overall output quality. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience operating and programming CNC equipment, including VMC systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying GD&T standards. Strong analytical mindset for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology. Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Okuma, or ProtoTRAK control systems. Proficiency in manual machining techniques to supplement automated processes. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
