Blueprint Interpretation — Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications. Tooling & Offsets — Adjust tool lengths, wear offsets, and machine parameters to maintain accuracy. Quality Inspection — Perform in‑process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools. Process Improvement — Identify machining issues, recommend improvements, and support continuous quality initiatives. Qualifications CNC Machining Experience — 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment preferred. Technical Knowledge — Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining best practices. Inspection Skills — Ability to use precision measurement tools with accuracy and consistency. Mechanical Aptitude — Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working with mechanical systems. Physical Requirements — Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
