CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and union representation. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Lathe Machines Load and unload components manually or with overhead hoists following work instructions Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Perform tooling changes and adjust offsets in CNC controls Maintain quality and production standards per specifications Qualifications Experience with CNC Lathe Experience machining parts ranging from 5 to 15 in diameter Working knowledge of CNC G-Code and M-Code programming Proficient in using inspection tools, including: Micrometers Calipers Thread gauges Bore gauges Experience with machine tooling, including setup and offset adjustments Tool presetter experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to pass a pre-employment screening Willingness to work overtime, including weekdays and Saturdays as needed This is a union manufacturing environment focused on precision machining and aerospace-quality standards.

Pay:
