CNC Machinist

Job Title:

CNC Machinist 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM)

Pay:

$20+ depending on experience We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift . This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional experienced in operating and setting up multi‑axis mills or turning centers with live tooling . Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges is essential. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate multi‑axis CNC machining centers, including horizontal and vertical lathes and mills. Produce high‑quality parts that meet all production, engineering, and quality specifications. Read, interpret, and adjust CNC programs , making necessary offsets to ensure accurate machining. Fabricate new or replacement parts using engineering drawings, models, and written work instructions. Understand and troubleshoot G‑code to resolve basic programming‑related concerns. Essential Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with CNC mills and lathes . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement instruments . Strong understanding of G‑code and M‑code commands. Additional Preferred Qualifications Ability to fabricate complex parts with tight or exacting tolerances. Experience with various equipment, including lathes, mills, jig borers, and precision grinders . Capability to recommend design changes that enhance manufacturability or process efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mars, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
